HEY.
i had such a relaxing week! except fer the very first two days, i suppose i was pretty relaxed.
sigh. but, ya know, i just think it's the calm before the storm. i know how this next week is gonna turn out.
uurgh! we're gonna get back ALL our test papers and i'm gonna pretty much fail them all. i just have this feeling. aargh!
oh well. bad and ominous feelings aside, i had the best time of my life yesterday. *whee!!
met up with my og again. haha. yeah, i know! we're just damn enthu.
anyway, we met up pretty late. around 3pm. although i came later. haha.
we then went to play pool. hmmmm. well. at least i tried to play pool. i wasn't on form yesterday. ):
errr. we played that 'house of the dead' stuff and 'time crisis 2' in the arcade too. haha. WOW. we found out that Kang Zhuang's really good at these kind of games. haha. while i had to keep on inserting tokens into the machine to continue playing the stupid time crisis game, he went on fer quite some time with just one token. hmmm. not bad. haha. and he taught me how to play that dumb space game! errr. the one where your spaceship flies forward and you attack with other people shooting at you too. er. i died like, 1 min later. haha. he was like, 'watch out! watch out!' and i just couldn't see those dumb attacking airplanes in time. ): haha. well, it's not only me who has a problem. he better watch out about his gambling addiction! (;
oh yeah. then we watched Memoirs of a Geisha. *whistles
i agree with Kang Zhuang. i thought Michelle Yeoh was hot. haha. it was a pretty good movie actually.. with a nice, satisfying ending!!! yeahh. that's sth all movies should have. haha. so it had a nice lovey-dovey ending. so sweet. awww. (;
and then we played pool again! sigh. we must have been crazy last night. sigh. guess what time i arrived back home? 1.15am. aha. we're so lucky Leonard's dad fetched us back! he fetched 6 of us back. so nice of him!! imagine having to go to Tanah Merah, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar and then Kovan before going back home to Seletar in the wee hours of the morning. hmmmm. and he even dropped me off at my doorstep! so nice. (:
well. the day could have gone MUCH better if Arsenal had won. *sigh
we lost 1-0 to Everton!!!! oh man oh man.
i'm just hoping that Liverpool will beat Man U tonight and perk me up again. haha.
in the meantime, i sincerely hope that some Australian will progress into the further rounds of the Australian Open. i dunno whether u're a tennis fan, but i do so love watching tennis. esp the Grand Slams. well. i watched dear Lleyton Hewitt lose in a 4-set match in front of a home crowd! wah. really quite disappointing. he lost to Juan Ignacio Chela. Hewitt had this really sore ankle coming into the 4th game of the 3rd set if i'm not wrong. when he was leading 3-1. he called fer a medical time-out and all but you could see it in his face. he had to change his entire game and i think that was what caused him to lose. and, you have to admit, Chela played very well.
hmmmm. some of the other seeded players have also crashed out in the first few rounds of the Open. Mary Pierce, the Williams Sisters, Guillermo Coria.
looks like Federer is on his way to winning another Grand Slam. *sigh
hopefully Roddick will stop him! although statistics have proven otherwise.
haha. okay. i sound like a dumb sports reporter. hmmm.
mebbe i should think about becoming one. haha. (;
in the meantime, i'll just think about *tuna and get confused all over again. *sigh
