hello.
just finished wrapping up, like, half of the v.day presents i'm gonna give my class on tuesday. mmmm.. yummy! i so hope i won't eat the sweets i have left fer the guys. or, i can just give prezzies to the girls and not give any to the guys. haha. now that's a thought! (;
anyway, v.day's coming.. No date, but do I care? haha. nope. seriously though, fer all the singles out there, it's also a great thing to celebrate v.day with yer friends. then you can snub all those couples if that makes you feel better. haha.
today's the O level results release. hmmm. I haven't heard from anyone about it, so I'm just gonna close my eyes, pray hard and cross my fingers! i hope the rest did well. you have my support! (:
oooh. okay, backtrack. i just got info that our school did okay! yep. YAY. errr. not gonna say anything about their results here but I'm just GLAD that they did alright. yep! I'm proud of my juniors.. ((:
well. since we're on the topic on once-in-a-lifetime-exams-by-Cambridge, i just wanna admit that i've been freaking out over the past few days! must be the pre-O' level release of the results hype. everyone was talking about it and it got me thinking.. what about my A's??!!!
i seriously am freaking out. it's Feb! only what, 7 more months to go? oh crap. and i can't count on 8 subjects anymore! i have 3 and ONLY 3 to bank on. oh shucks.
okay, let's stop hyperventilating. i'll calm myself down before i get worse. uuurgh.
errr. another subject! yes. i was surfing the Net just now, and i'm proud to say that I'm officially a member of the Greenpeace's Ocean Defenders. yay! they sort of just launched this campaign in '06 and it's actually a year-long expedition aimed at saving the world's oceans and protecting the life that resides in them. haha. what a mouthful. but i love it! yep.
but i was depressed at the same time. hmmm. if you remember, i do love whales. or marine mammals, i should say. anyhow, you do know that Japan has still continued to commit this horrific act of whaling under the guise of "scientific research"? well. firstly, what losers. they can't even come out in the open and admit that they're whaling! killing whales just so that they can devour their whale delicacies. uuurgh.
and you know what's even worse?! they're fishing in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. wtf. then it shouldn't even be called a sancutary anymore if whales get killed (innocently) there.
anyway, i watched some of the videos the advocates there filmed while trying to stop those Japanese ships whaling. if you notice, some of the advocates, actually sprayed jets of water at the people trying to harpoon the whales to prevent them from hitting those poor whales. AHA. well. i watched one video, and i can admit, i almost cried. it is SO sad to see those minke whales dying fer no freaking reason! uuurgh.

okay, i'm tired after all this advocating. hey, mebbe i should become an advocate, supporting Greenpeace or sth. aha. that's a thought.
