hello people!
don't mind my previous morose entry.. this entry ain't gonna be that bad. cuz i refuse, absolutely refuse to talk about schoolwork. it's on my mind enough as it is and i don't want to drown, however prematurely, in rampant thoughts of exams, schoolwork and predicted grades. uuurgh.
so.. let's talk about my days so far. :))
i'm actually really happy we were given 2 weeks to consolidate. i can run on my own clockwork and it is glorious to wake up at 8am every day. i love the sunshine just then, just when everything is bright and not so warm. i don't particularly like waking up at 6am you see.. haha.
i admit i do get distracted a bit, especially with football. heh. tonight's 3 must-watch matches! okay, well, 2 must-watch matches. i don't think i should watch the Man Utd-Tottenham one. haha. like what i told my sis today, i dunno who to support less. so yeah, let's hope both teams draw lar. 1 point to each! *evil laugh* that's a lose-lose situation ain't it?
am really really looking forward to the derby tonight! mann. i can feel the atmosphere even on the other side of the telly.. come to think of it, i guess i'm a bit of a voyeur in that way. *shrugs*
speaking of alleged voyeurism, Arsenal's playing today! heh. against the giant-killers called Middlesbrough, no doubt. sigh. *she crosses her fingers*
hmmm. i think, though, that the whole transfer thing is crap. who ever knew Chelsea would air their dirty linen in public? you know, my impression of that club is just going down the drain... :/ if not for the fact that they have an awesome captain in JT, i would have, well, dismissed them altogether. bah.
but i'm so proud of Arsene Wenger! if there was something good that came out of this entire saga, it's that Wenger's reputation improved. at least to me, it did. :)))))))))
he handled the entire thing perfectly, with absolute professionalism, showcasing the gentlemen that he is. he even graciously let go *i refuse to call them names* Reyes and Cole when those idiots decided to be disloyal to the very club that helped them build their careers! ignorant losers. (oops, sorry, did i just call them names? couldn't help it)
okay.. *takes a deep breath* i feel better! am going back to geog now. atmosphere. sheesh.
did you know that earthshine is 4x greater than moonlight?
