hey y'all.
gettin slightly frustrated at not being able to find a dumb dress for the prom. haha. as Kai so dearly noticed, i tend to gravitate towards shoes more when i go shopping. and is it not the unwritten rule that a girl SHOULDN'T buy shoes before buying her dress?? sigh. i really can't help it! when i see shoes, i don't just see shoes, i see neon lights shining around them, tempting me to go buy.. haha. tell me all girls suffer from this same problem! :/
well. seeing as my eyes tend to wander towards the shoe department in every store, i didn't exactly find the dress i was looking for today. :( i found loads and loads of pastel frilly ones though. haha. which, honestly, just don't suit me. oh well. i just am grateful it's some kind of 'dress' season now and there are suddenly more dresses than usual in stores. PHEW.
i had a wonderful time today though. shopping is always fun. :)) i have resolved to do more sit-ups in preparation for the damn prom. sigh. and lots more running, and blah. right now though, my body can't take all the battering i've put it through. haha. i ran 4 rounds today and yesterday in the hot hot morning sun! mann. okay, i know 4 rounds don't seem a lot, but, trust me, it's horrid when it's the first time after so many many months mugging in the fine cold of the library. bah. :(
ohh well. i'm so not in a position to complain anyway. we're done with the A's! YAY. and Arsenal won. haha. err, sorry, but the level of happiness i feel everytime Arsenal wins a game is sorta equivalent to the level of happiness i felt when i finished the A's. haha. so they go together whenever i think about the A's.
saw Jing&Hui today again too! yay. i put their names together like that cuz they're twins! haha. inseparable. and i've finally managed to identify one from the other! starting today. after, err, like 7 years? haha. :)) they're so warm-hearted too. Kai was a bit traumatised by the fact that they bought ONE U2 cd to celebrate the end of the A's. haha. she thinks it should be two different cds EACH. err, yeah. :)
whatever it is, i'm just glad i have loads of time now to kill.
